How LAWBIZ Group came to be
LAWBIZ Group grew out of a simple frustration: business owners in Pakistan were being forced to run between a lawyer, an accountant, and a tax consultant just to get one company registered or one return filed. We put those three roles under one roof — company registration, taxation, and legal advisory — so a client only has to explain their business once.
That idea came from Faiz Bakhsh, our Founder and Chairman, and it’s still the principle the firm runs on today.
Meet our Founder — Faiz Bakhsh
Faiz Bakhsh has spent his career building companies rather than just advising them, and that hands-on background shapes how LAWBIZ Group treats every client file.
He currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive of LawBiz Associates, our boutique legal and business advisory practice, and as Founder and Chairman of the wider LAWBIZ Group of companies, which includes Feet Corporation, Capacity Rousing Center (Pvt) Ltd, and Softbiz Syndicate (Pvt) Ltd. He is also Co-founder and Chairman of GA Connect (Private) Limited, a venture focused on digital connectivity and enterprise solutions in Pakistan.
His entrepreneurial track record goes back further than most in this industry. He founded She Shoes, a women’s footwear retail brand that introduced a new concept to Pakistan’s fashion market, and published NetMag — one of Lahore’s earliest IT magazines, at a time when the city’s tech scene barely had a voice of its own.
That mix of retail, IT, and advisory experience is unusual for someone running a tax and legal firm, and it’s exactly why LAWBIZ Group doesn’t just process paperwork. We understand what it actually takes to run a company, because our own Chairman has built several.
